Until the founding of FCS, separate families controlling individual Filipino arts were very secretive leading to eventual stagnation of growth. This brought the Filipino martial arts community to a standstill. However, FCS attempts to unite all Filipino combat styles as well as people from different backgrounds, lineages, and martial arts experience.
